On average it takes up to 7 days for me to fulfill your order ~ It should be shipped to you within 2 weeks yet this will vary depending on location :) All orders will be shipped by me directly from oregon ~ You will receive a confirmation email & tracking number once it is shipped :) I am a solo business owner so your patience is appreciated :)
Return policy ~
I do not accept cancelations, refunds or exchanges. Please read my listings carefully :) All items are described in listings & are final sale :) However, if you are unhappy with an item, I will try to work something out with you depending on the specifics of the situation. If an item arrives damaged I will fix it for you to the best of my ability. If this happens please email me at itsprettywitchin@gmail.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged item & your order number. I will get back to you as soon as possible :)
